Can I change the material for a Dashboard without re-tapping?

If the endmill and toolholder are the same and you are simply using it on a different, but applicable workpiece material, yes you can. Simply open the TXF file change the material in Setup and publish a new Dashboard. For indexable tooling, you can also change the insert grade without re-tapping.
